澎湃新闻（www.thepaper.cn）8月9日从该县综合行政执法局获悉，赤城街道综合行政执法队日前接到举报，称业主赵某在某小区内装修时拆除多处承重墙，威胁居民生命财产安全。

该房屋为砖混结构，执法人员比对房屋图纸，发现存在多处拆改和破坏承重墙的情况，责令赵某委托第三方检测公司对建筑物承重墙体等进行评估。根据《房屋评估报告》，确认房屋存在多处破坏承重墙的情况。此后，当事人主动委托加固公司根据评估报告制定对应的加固方案并施工，对多处承重墙体被拆改以及其他违法装修问题恢复原状并作了加固处理，消除了隐患。

《浙江省房屋使用安全管理条例》规定，住宅房屋装修不得拆除、变动房屋基础、梁、柱、楼板、承重墙、外墙等建筑主体或承重结构，不得超过原设计标准增加使用荷载，违反规定的，由住房城乡建设主管部门责令限期改正，处五万元以上、十万元以下罚款。当事人赵某的行为已构成违法进行房屋装修，鉴于其主动消除违法行为危害后果，综合行政执法部门对其处以罚款5万元。
